We have a history of delivering bespoke automotive projects for both corporations and private individuals. Our team of talented technicians have been specifically chosen to bring their time-honed craftsmanship and knowledge to our projects.

We underpin this with our strong engineering approach to ensure the highest standards of quality, fit and finish are achieved. Our jigs and fixtures are designed as an integral part of our quality process so production parts can be verified for accuracy both in-house and by our customers.

Engineering is at the core of all we do. Our talented engineering team use state of the art software to develop and analyse design solutions. We specialise in body in white design where we can leverage the depth of knowledge and experience we have as a team. With our in-house scanning and prototyping capabilities, we can ensure our CAD solutions closely align with reality.

BACKGROUND

Steve Charlton is the founder and driving force behind SAC. His vision built the foundations of the company and inspired talented individuals to join his team. Steve has a long history of leading engineering teams on low volume automotive and bespoke projects and it is this discipline that he brings to SAC.
